After speaking with several remodeling companies and contractors, we chose Global Green Solutions and they did not disappoint. Ari and his team took my vision and made it even better than I could have imagined. They removed a wall and completely remodeled my kitchen in 2.5 weeks. Their professionalism was a 10. Their work and craftsmanship was a 10.5! I would highly recommend and will use them for future projects moving forward!

Kitchen remodel with wall removal · December 2024
What started out as a shower head that wouldn’t turn off, turned into a bathroom and kitchen remodel. Vlad was great to work with. He kept me updated on information he received and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Will contact him again when I decide to do another project.

Bathroom and kitchen remodel · June 2024
This team recently renovated our outdated kitchen, and the transformation is absolutely incredible. They helped us select high-quality materials, from the quartz countertops to the sleek, modern cabinets. The attention to detail was remarkable - they even incorporated custom pull-out drawers and hidden storage solutions to maximize space. The project was completed on time, and the crew was always friendly and professional. Cooking and entertaining in our new kitchen has become an absolute joy, and we’ve been receiving endless compliments from everyone who visits. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Frisco's young housing and what it means for your project
By Census estimates the median Frisco home was built in 2009: 45% of homes date from 2010 or later and another 35% from the 2000s. Of the towns we serve, only Prosper's housing is younger. About two in three Frisco homes are owner-occupied.
In a house that age, the first remodel usually replaces the surfaces chosen when the house was built: cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures. It is also the time to change layout decisions you have lived with, like an island that is too small or a tub where you want a walk-in shower, since the room is open anyway. Our kitchen remodeling cost guide breaks down what drives the budget.
Frisco also spans two counties: in the 2020 Census about 59% of residents lived on the Collin County side and 41% in Denton County. Permits come from the City of Frisco on both sides.

How permits work for a Frisco remodel
Frisco splits residential permits in two. Self Service permits are issued on the spot for like-for-like replacements: heating and cooling systems, roofs in the same material, water heaters, doors and windows, and minor electrical and plumbing work. Additions, alterations and other remodel work go to electronic plan review.
General, electrical and plumbing contractors must register with Frisco Building Inspections before they can pull most permits, and the registration number expires when the contractor's general liability insurance does. You can look up a contractor's registration in the city's eTRAKiT system. Frisco's 2024 International Residential Code, with local amendments, took effect on March 1, 2026.
- Like-for-like replacements: Self Service permit
- Remodels, alterations and additions: electronic plan review
- Contractors registered with the city before most permits
- Registration lapses with the contractor's liability insurance
